RSS Feed

RSS allows you to receive news updates as soon as they are posted. By registering you can view the news items in several progrems. IE7 and Office 2007 support. In Office 2007 Outlook can read RSS feeds and present the items like it does email. Click on the XML icon here and the RSS feed will be displayed in your browser. The URL for the feed is - http://www.friends.com/friends/do/rss/CreateRssFile?type=rss You can paste this into an RSS reader of your choice.
