Friends of Cal Holman 4 November 2021

This site is dedicated to keeping the friends of Cal Holman and family up to date on progress of the legislative activity stemming from the accident which took Cal Holman's life. Additionally there are updates on the criminal trial prosecuting the two men responsible for Cal's death. If you would like information on the scholarship set up to remember Cal there is some information here but a separate site outlines the scholarship details.

08/21/14      Van Brakel was released on August 15, 2014 and will be under supervision until May, 2015. Why he was not in prison for five years?...he was given over 2 years credit because he was out on bail while the criminal hearings were going on and he also earned one day every seven days he served. Hopefully he continues to carry the burden of killing Cal.
